Note: ScanTool is intended for detecting Stratum™, Edge™, 800, 8000 & 10000 Series and ORiNOCO® units on a subnet, for changing device IP Address, for facilitating reset to factory default or forced reload and for uploading new firmware.
ScanTool communicates via UDP on ports: 2973 (Source Port) and 2719 (Destination Port). ScanTool may detect a device on other VLANs as long as those VLANs are properly routed.
